This work was conceived as a ritual made by a series of actions that are relevant because of their symbolic content. The initial idea was to capture the sky in a mirror and then transform it into glitter. The image of the sky represents both the separation and junction that exist between the earthly world (here) and the immaterial world (beyond). The mirror is the pathway into this other world.
This cathartic action of breaking the mirrored image into pieces reinforces the illusion to obtain that which is unknown and does not belong to us.
